  • Yes! We’re happy to offer carryout. Orders can be placed over the phone, and payment is taken at the time of ordering.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any reservation cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $10 per person cancellation fee.

    Guests who fail to show up for their reservation without notice will be charged a $10 per guest no-show fee.

    We understand that plans can change—just give us a call as soon as possible and we’ll always do our best to work with you.

  • A credit card is required to hold your reservation and enforce our cancellation and no-show policy.

    If you prefer not to provide a card over the phone, we completely understand—limited walk-in seating is available.

  • Yes! If you have any specific seating needs—such as high chairs, wheelchair accessibility, or a particular table location—please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period for your reservation. After that, your table may be released and considered a no-show if we haven’t heard from you.

  • For parties of 6 or more, we kindly ask that you consolidate payment. We are no longer able to provide separate checks for large groups.

  • We encourage a smart casual dress code—polished yet comfortable. Think elevated everyday wear like nice tops, dresses, button-downs, or clean sneakers. We kindly ask that guests avoid overly revealing or risqué clothing.

  • Parking at the Crosstown Concourse can be a little tricky, so we recommend arriving early. There is free parking available in the garage on levels 2–4. Give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot and make your way inside.

  • We do not offer valet services. There is free parking available in the Crosstown garage on levels 2–4—we recommend allowing a few extra minutes to park.
