Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accommodate special seating requests?

Yes! If you have any specific seating needs—such as high chairs, wheelchair accessibility, or a particular table location—please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.

How long is my reservation held?

Each reservation is for a 2-hour time slot to ensure all guests enjoy a smooth experience. Please arrive on time—if you anticipate a delay, give us a call so we can make arrangements.

Is there a grace period for reservations?

We offer a 15-minute grace period for your reservation. After that, your table may be released and considered a no-show if we haven’t heard from you.

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Please inform your server or include a note in your reservation so we can do our best to accommodate any allergies or dietary needs.

Do you offer separate checks for large parties?

For parties of 10 or more, we kindly ask that you consolidate payment. We are no longer able to provide separate checks for large groups.

Where can I park?

Parking at the Crosstown Concourse can be a little tricky, so we recommend arriving early. There is free parking available in the garage on levels 2–4. Give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot and make your way inside.
